We provide Australia wide delivery. Our deliveries are facilitated by a nationwide network of reputable courier companies to ensure your designer setting arrives at your door step in a safe, secure and timely manner.

All delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and displayed in the total of your shopping prior to you making payment.

Orders are generally dispatched the same day or the next business day following your confirmed order, subject to stock availability.

all purchases made from our website.

1. The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
2. Where a product is within the 7 day period and a refund is requested, Fidarsi will refund the original product purchase price. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:

• Delivery charges from Fidarsi
• Cost to return the product to Fidarsi

3. Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition.
4. Where an item is found to be faulty, Fidarsi will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
5. Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in Section 2.
6. Fidarsi reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
